Memebox Luckybox 13

This is the second instalment of my 3 luckybox bundle present from my bf. I'm reviewing this box with a heavy heart knowing that this is one of the last Memebox that I will ever review. Memebox Global has discontinued it's service to international Meme lovers.  They will only cater to Memebox addicts in Korea, USA and China. 

SHARA SHARA Tempting Avocado Chocolate Massage Cream 100ml

     This item retails for $11 online.  This cream promises to replenish and rejuvenate the skin using a blend of avocado oil, cacao extracts, and banana extracts. This cream smells so nice you can almost eat it. It helps nourish, firm up and smooth out sagging skin to bring your glow back on. Spread on clean face and gently massage for 5 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water.

                

YADAH Anti-T Spot Cream 15g

     This item retails for $15 online and is a fast absorbing formula enriched with cactus, green tea, rosemary, aloe vera, and sage extracts. This cream does not contain any paraben, benzophenon, mineral oil, sulfate, artificial colouring and animal ingredients.  This is one of the best spot creams I have ever tried. Just take a small amount and apply it over the blemish spot twice a day, especially along the T-zone.

                     

LASSIE'EL Night Miracle Sleeping Pack 4g x 2

     This item retails for $6 online and is available in 4 flavours. Mango, Egg, Pearl Shell, and Avocado. This item has concentrated extracts from egg, mango, avocado and pearl. According to the info card, they work to deeply hydrate and rejuvenate dry, exhausted skin overnight to reveal healthier and brighter complexion the next morning.  I haven't used these but I will let you know when I do and how it goes.

                  

MISE EN SCENE Perfect Serum 70ml

     This item retails for $9 and is the perfect companion of the Mise En Scene Perfect Repair Hair Treatment Cream. This hair serum can be used before or after blow drying to give your hair silky, well-nourished finish. It's a lot like Garnier Miracle Oil. It's made with 7 different natural oils - argan, camelia, olive, jojoba, coconut, apricot, and marula. This oil doesn't leave the hair greasy and it's easy to use. Just use a dime-size amount of serum and massage through your hair and blow dry.

                  

DR. MJ Moisture Bounce Collagen Capsule Cream 50g

     This item retails for $54 online.  This cream is bouncy and jelly-like texture and it's packed with collagen capsules, hyaluronic acid and adenosine to intensively hydrate and gently firm up sensitive and tired skin. Apply evenly onto clean face. Pat in for full absorbance.

                  

LA BELLONA Camellia Oleifera Oil Clinic  50g

     This item retails for $11 online.  This oil promises to restore dry, damaged and brittle hair with this super restorative hair miracle. Camellia flower and hydrolyzed collagen in the formula add a protective layer on dry or damaged hair to reduce hair's porosity to minimise brittleness. You can use this as a conditioner substitute and leave on for 2-3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

This is my 3rd last Memebox Review and it's heartbreaking to think that I will no longer receive pink boxes of goodies. Everyone, this is the Memebox Anti-Aging Box.

                                     

BORY Wrinkle Repair Serum 50ml

This item retails for $48 online. This anti-aging wrinkle serum works on remodel and rejuvinates the skin's surface for the look of firm and supple skin. I haven't had the time to properly try all the items in this box but based from all the excited ladies on facebook, I'm expecting a lot from this Serum.

                                 

ESTHETIC HOUSE Collagen Herb Complex Eye Cream 100ml

This item retails for $42 online and why shouldn't it be? It's 100ml!! This eye cream promises to give you the 'lifted' look, the firmer feeling, and glowing radiance around the eyes.  This cream has marine collagen, herbal complex, and adenosine to lift, define, and brighten the eye area. 

                                     

ENESTI Day to Day Pomagranate Acerola Foaming Cleanser 160g

This item retails for $14 online and it promises to remove makeup, oil, open and de-clog pores.  It also promises to improve skin elasticity and brighten up the complexion.  Gently massage cleanser onto damp face to create a warm lathe. Rinse with lukewarm water.

                                        

PURESMILE Mask 5 Pack 5

This item retails for $6 and includes Pearl, Bee Venom, Snail, Ginseng and Vitamin. These facial sheets are concentrated with hyaluronic acid, vitamin E, collagen amd other imgredients to address your skin concerns. 

Pearl: Hydrates skin and locks in moisture.

Bee Venom: Softens and smooths the skin's texture and delivers a radiant glow.

Snail: Repairs, renews, and rejuvinates skin.

Red Ginseng: Delivers vital nutrients to the skin and enhances skin's elasticity.

Vitamin: Revitalizes and energizes dull skin.

TOSOWOONG Snail Natural Pure Cream 45ml

This item retails $26 online. This cream repairs skin and helps with blemishes. This cream contains snail mucin and galactomyces to help control excessive sebum production which is the core of acne and skin blemishes. It promises to support natural cell regeneration to decrease the appearance of wrinkles and other flaws. 

                              

Memebox Luckybox 12

So I got my BF to buy me the Luckybox bundle last year and Luckybox 12 is my first Luckybox. Let's see if I get Lucky - no pun intended.

UNNI RECIPE Vitamin Recharger Essence 55ml

     This item retails for $18 online. According to the info card, this is a vitamin recharging, tone brightening essence that enriches dull, dehydrated skin with 6 different vitamins, lemon extracts, orange extracts, grapefruit extracts, lime extracts and niacinamide. That's a lot of extracts to put in one essence. Hopefully, it will live up to my expectation. I will try this out starting next week and I will keep you posted on how it is and if it can replace my Benton Snail Bee Essence.

LANGSRE Rose Berry 70 Sleeping Pack 50ml

     This item retails for $30 online and it comes in a glass jar and a wee spatula. The rose smell is not over powering like the Dipodeur Dress Perfume from the Christmas Collection. It smells like yummy Rose flavoured Turkish delight. It has little bits inside but gets absorbed in the skin. It's quite sticky at first but it dries quickly and doesn't leave you feeling sticky all night. 

PUREPLUS+ Lip Treatment 10g

     This item retails for $9 online and is available in 3 flavours, Strawberry, Honey Bee, and Milk bebe.  I got the Strawberry flavoured one.  It's suppose to fill in wrinkles and help plump up the lips. I didn't feel any plumping action with this lip treatment but it did moisturise my lips. Too moisturised if I'm honest. It was a tad bit sticky and my hair keeps getting stuck to my lips because of it.

RIRE Pigment 2.5g

     This item retails for $12 online and is available in 5 different shades. 01 Snow White, 02 Gold Clutch, 03 Peach Peach, 04 A-Pink and 05 Club Burgundy. I got 02 Gold Clutch.  It's not as good as MAC Pigments but it's a pigment pot, it's bound to be better than your average eye shadow. 

PISTEO Bright & Pure C Serum 7ml

     The full size, 7ml x 4 retails for $100 online and on Memebox shop.  I love this serum and it's a shame I can't afford to buy tons of it. It brightens up my complexion and keeps it healthy looking. I cannot recommend this serum enough. If you can afford it, buy it, it's the best serum out there.

TONYMOLY BCDation All Master SPF30 20g

     The full size, 50g retails for $24 online. If you're running late and don't have time to put your face on, then this cream is your new best friend. It's a makeup base, BB cream, CC cream, and foundation in one. I use it every morning to when I go to work.

I love 4 of the 6 items in this box and those are the big ticket items so I'm really pleased.

Boxing day in the UK is a very special day for shopping. It's much like Black Friday in the US.  And for $12 + $6.99 shipping, you can't beat this box. You get 10 deluxe samples and 1 full size item - I love you memebox.

DERMA B Fresh Moisture Body Lotion 50ml

     The full size, 400ml retails for $19 online. This body lotion is so fresh when you put it on and it's especially infused with tea tree, peppermint, bergamot, ginger and amber.  It's also non sticky and gets absorbed fast.  Memebox said it's best kept refrigerated for a more minty, tingly experience. I haven't tried that because my kitchen is cold enough to keep my lotion cold.

BANILA CO.Claypatra Mineral Salt Clay Pack 12g x 2

     The full size, 100g retails for $22 online. I love Dead Sea products and this item is heaven sent. It's 100% pure mud from the Dead Sea and it effectively removes any excess sebum, dead skin cells and anything that clogs up the pores.  Gently spread the pack evenly on a clean face, leave for 10 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water. Massage gently while rinsing to exfoliate.

HANSKIN Bio Origin Royal Ampoule BB SPF30 20g

     The full size, 35ml retails for $54 online. This is probably one of the best BB cream out in the market.  If you've been reading my posts, you'll know that I love Too Cool For School's Dinoplats Cinema City CC cream. Hanskin is Better than the Dinoplats CC cream. Just a single drop can leave your skin visibly brighter and silkier. Best used with clean warm fingers.

TONYMOLY BCDation All Master SPF30 20g

     

     The full size, 50g retails for $24 online.  This is a very versatile cream that serves as a makeup base, BB cream, CC cream and a foundation all in one.  It blurs, correct and balances out skin imperfections.  It also moisturises, lifts and adds volume for a more silky effect.  Apply onto clean face and pay extra attention to the T-zone area and under eyes for a more highlighting effect then follow up with some translucent powder.

BANILA CO. Clean It Zero 7g x 4

     The full size, 100ml retails for $22 online. This has become my favourite makeup remover. It removes every trace of makeup you have on your face with little to no effort. Just gently massage the balm, which turns into oil, on your face and get ready to be amazed. It's made with papaya, acerola and herbal extracts to cleanse  thoroughly without drying the skin.

DR. YOUNG Pore Syok-Syok Cleansing Gel 15ml x 2      

     The full size, 150ml retails for $28 online.  This gel-type cleanser is made of morus bark, agrimonia eupatoria root extracts and lime extracts.  This gel is oil-free, lightweight and leaves the skin moisturised.  It's not as good as the Banila Co. Clean It Zero but it's better than most of the western Cleansers I have tried. 

TOO COOL FOR SCHOOL Dinoplatz Cinema City 10ml

     The full size, 30ml retails for $30 online.  I cannot recommend this CC cream enough. It helps brighten skin, it protects the skin from the sun and helps fight signs of ageing as well.  Use clean warm fingers and blend in.

MISE EN SCENE Perfect Repair Treatment Pack 180ml

     This item retails for $16 online.  I have very long hair and I mean really long (below my bum) and I need all the help I can get to maintain it. I wash my hair 4x a week with shampoo and conditioner and I use treatment packs 2x a week to help keep my hair healthy. I was pleasantly surprised that this treatment pack worked better than L'Oreal treatment packs. It's as good as the Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Reconstructor. Very happy that this came in full size as I have a lot of hair..

SEVEN DROPS High Protection Moringa Light Sunblock SPF50 7g

     The full size, 50ml retails for $38 online.  This item is free of paraben, mineral oil, benzophenone, silicon and talc. It's Sunblock and I'm waiting for summer to try this one out.

RYO Anti Hair Loss Treatment 50ml

     The full size, 200ml retails for $12 online.  This product is infused with biota seed, coix seed, green tea and gold extracts.  It promises to not only prevent hair loss but also re-energise and strengthen thin, damaged hair. I have not tried this one out yet purely because I wanted to try out the Mise En Scene Perfet Repair Treatment Pack first. I will let you know how it is once I actually tried it.

WITCH'S POUCH Radiant Lolli Tint 2.5g

     The full size, 4.5g retails for $14 online.  I got the 03 Funky Bloom and it's sticky. Not as sticky as the Cheek Room Lip Balm but definitely sticky enough.  The colour I must admit lasts  but hot pink is not my colour.

Memebox did very well to release a box full of deluxe samples so people can actually try loads of stuff without paying for the full price. I have tried almost all the products in this box and I love most of them.

Memebox Black Friday Special Edition 5

Memebox Black Friday Boxes were so wanted that I only managed to get the last box and boy was I lucky. It had 3 products that I wanted to try out.

SHARA SHARA Top Talented Skin BB 50g

     This is a triple action BB cream for flawless, bright skin. This cream is suppose to create smooth luminous skin like porcelain by whitening, wrinkle correction and UV protection.  If you're new to K-Beauty please be advised that their BB/CC creams come in (usually) light colours.  If you don't like the whitening or brightening effect, look for a matte cream. This BB cream is better than the one I normally wear for work (Shara Shara Natural Shining BB), it give's better coverage and provides UV protection. 

AHC HOLOGRAM COLLECTION Moisture Serum 50ml

     This retails for $65 - $89 online depending on where you buy it. As Memebox did not supply us with an info card with these boxes, I had to do a bit of research about this product and this is what I found.  AHC Hologram Collection Moisture Serum combines active ingredients and formulation. Colloid and Pharmaceutical function combined to maximise the visual beauty and efficacy with 4D Emotional Liposome - I have NO idea what that meant to be honest. This product aims to improve dryness and brighten dullness using Mineral Water Gel and Tornado Moisturising Essence - Again, no clue what that they meant.  Next is Ice Plant extract to improve moisture in the skin and lastly, it has wrinkle care function to improve wrinkles and fine lines. There's too much information here, all I know is that Hologram Moisture Serum is great for my skin. It really makes a difference, keeps my usually smooth face, smoother if that makes sense.

DEARBERRY Ice Cream Handcream 30ml

     This item retails anywhere from $3.90 to $19.90 (ebay)online. I got the Vanilla scented hand cream and I must say, it smells divine. I love vanilla but other products just over do it making it too sweet. Dearberry got it right - I can't stop smelling my hands mmmm.

DEARBERYY Exfoliating Lip Care Balm 6g

     I got the Raspberry flavour lip balm and it smells so nice. This product is so misleading because it says Exfoliating. I did not feel any exfoliation happening when I tried it. It's more like your normal lip balm in a pot. I'm not particularly keen on this one because I hate dipping my fingers in a pot and smearing it on my lips. I work in healthcare - not advisable. 

BENTON Snail Bee High Content Steam Cream  50g

     I have been saving the best for last.  I cannot recommend this product enough.  First of all, it's a steam cream - I love 'Steam Cream'. Then you have the Snail Bee combination that helps my oily, spot prone face.  It calms my breaks out, whitens the hyper pigmentation left by my monster acne. Other women have said that they can smell something funny with the snail bee creams but I have tried a lot of snail items and I can't, for the life of me, smell anything funky. This product works best if used with the essence. If you're new to K-beauty and are not afraid to smear snail and bee on your face, TRY this. It Works!!

I got this box for $19 + $6.99 shipping and I love it. I have used all the items in this box and I would buy half of them for full price.

Memebox Christmas Collection 2 - My Holiday Glam

I got the Christmas Collection bundle as soon as they hit the shelf and boy did I regret it. Especially this box because I'm not a very big fan of make up plus the product selection for this box has been awful. Here's why...

PERIPERA Wholly Deep Jewel Pot  3g

     This item retails for a mouth watering $29. It's a very pigmented pot of eye colour but for that amount of money, surely you can just go get a pot of MAC pigment. Anyway, like I said, it's very pigmented and it looks really nice especially if you're going out.  Just remember to keep the inner lid as it keeps the formula moist and intact.

DEOPROCE White Flower BB Cream SPF 35 30g

     This item retails for $12 and is available in 2 shades (21 & 23).  I got 21 and it's lighter than 23.  This BB cream is ok for daily use. It's not as good as the Too Cool For School CC Cream but way better than western BB creams.  

VIVITO Painting Jelly Tint 5.5g

     This item retails for $29.  It's enriched with pomegranate, mulberry, fig and Vitamin E for instant hydration and long lasting lip colour.  It reminds of The Body Shops Lip and Cheek tint but this Vivito Jelly Tint tastes better than the Body Shop's one.

COOL ENOUGH STUDIO The Mirror

     This item retails for $15 and it's not worth it. It looks sleek and modern but I simply don't understand what it's for. I've got a perfectly good, compact mirror - my phone. 

DEARBERRY Rockcat Girl Waterproof Pencil Liner 7g

     This item retails for $5 and I got the Purple liner.  This pencil is OK but not as good as It's Skin Baby Face Liner.  It's perfect for touch-ups, if you're on the go or you can't be bothered with brushes. It says waterproof but it's not waterproof enough for my teary eyes. 

ECLIPSE Poppy Red & Fresh Green 15ml

     These items retail for $7.  They're a lot better than the last nail varnish I got from Memebox. The colours' very vibrant and stays on especially if you apply a base coat first then finish off with a top coat.

I am not happy with this box. I ended up giving most of the contents away to friends. It's a shame that Memebox wasn't able to deliver a really good box for Christmas.
